My career started managing the website of a small internet café. Since then, curiosity for the web led me from agencies and freelance work in Brazil to startup life and larger organizations in Switzerland.
Today, I lead designers and researchers at Digitec Galaxus, where I work across product strategy, UX leadership, and design systems. Even in leadership roles, I still enjoy staying close to the craft by collaborating on product direction, shaping experiences, and contributing hands-on when it matters.
Outside of work, I co-founded Design Leadership Therapy, a community focused on helping designers and researchers grow into thoughtful and effective leaders.
I care deeply about creating products that feel clear, useful, and human, and about building teams that can do the same at scale.
